Judy E. Forrest
Production Manager
Judy’s love of design work began when she enrolled in an afternoon high school program that taught newspaper ad layout. After winning several awards for design and layout, a career was born. In 1975, she started work at a weekly paper in Hartwell, GA. Her supervisor at that newspaper went to work for Electric City Printing Company in Anderson and offered Judy a position in the typesetting and layout department. She moved to Anderson and started working for ECPC in 1979. She was later transferred to The Printer, a division of ECPC, to start the first in-house graphic design and layout department. Judy was only working part time in 1989, the year Martin Advertising was born. So out of a friendship, Judy and Louise formed a successful business relationship. Initially hired in print production, Judy wore many hats in those days. Times have changed, however. Today, Judy manages the financial operations and the print media buying.

Cynthia M. Simpson

Cynthia has always had a penchant for numbers. Starting off in the banking business, she worked for South Carolina National Bank as a head teller. Later she went into the accounting field, working first as a bookkeeper with Williams Accounting and Forest Suggs, where the close family atmosphere nurtured her desire to learn more about the profession. After attending Clemson University and graduating from Tri-County Technical College with a degree in accounting, she became a part of Elliott Davis, LLC in Anderson. After 33 years of working in public accounting offices, Cynthia decided it was time for a little more time off to enjoy her grandchildren and began working part time at Martin Holland Advertising. Here she feels like she has found her new home away from home. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, spending time with her family and pulling for her favorite team, the Clemson Tigers.

Elizabeth A. Nichols
Graphic Designer
Elizabeth was born with a creative flair. Much to the dismay of her parents, a mess was generally left in her wake, but her creativity couldn’t be stopped. What started as homemade posters and scrapbooks turned into a love for design. She took her passion a step further, majoring in Graphic Communications with a minor in Business Administration at Clemson University. With a fresh and exciting outlook, Elizabeth started working with Martin Holland Advertising shortly after graduation in 2016. She loves anything and everything Clemson, especially Clemson football. She is a beach bum at heart, and when she isn’t designing she enjoys reading, sailing, and being with family.
Hunter Eidson
Junior Graphic Designer
Hunter displayed his artistic talents at an early age with a never-ending barrage of elementary school artwork, but it wasn’t until he snagged a graphic design internship for the football program at Clemson University that he was “ALL IN” to eventually becoming a professional graphic designer. After completing his degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson in 2014, he joined Maxim Label and Packaging and spent two years overseeing plant operations, serving as liaison between US and Chinese operations, and working with major customers like Nike and GAP. In 2017 Hunter decided to return to the Upstate and get serious about pursuing his true love — graphic design. The newest member of Martin-Holland Advertising, Hunter was raised in Clemson and grew up thinking the world was Pantone 1595 Orange. He enjoys tailgating, grilling out, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
