Judy E. Forrest
Production Manager
Judy’s love of design work began when she enrolled in an afternoon high school program that taught newspaper ad layout. After winning several awards for design and layout, a career was born. In 1975, she started work at a weekly paper in Hartwell,GA. Her supervisor at that newspaper went to work for Electric City Printing Company in Anderson and offered Judy a position in the typesetting and layout department. She moved to Anderson and started working for ECPC in 1979. She was later transferred to The Printer, a division of ECPC, to start the first in-house graphic design and layout department. Judy was only working part time in 1989, the year Martin Advertising was born. So out of a friendship, Judy and Louise formed a successful business relationship. Initially hired in print production, Judy wore many hats in those days. Times have changed, however. Today, Judy manages the financial operations and the print media buying.
